Paymentology, a global issuer-processor, today announced a strategic partnership with Change Financial to accelerate payment method adoption and fintech growth across Australia. The Paymentology Australia collaboration combines Paymentology’s cloud-first processing platform with Change Financial’s local BIN sponsorship, regulatory expertise and in-market presence.
This would enable fintechs, digital banks and programme managers to launch and scale debit, credit and prepaid programmes with greater efficiency in Australia. Change Financial is a Mastercard Principal Issuer in Australia, and it provides local scheme connectivity and compliance support.

The partnership aims to create a streamlined pathway for fintechs looking to enter or expand in the country.

Paymentology describes itself as a next-generation issuer processor which empowers fintechs, digital banks, and retail banks to launch and manage payment solutions on a global scale.
Paymentology’s Australia rollout also includes a separate arrangement with Cuscal for Bank@Post and EFTPOS connectivity, and a partnership with Constantinople.
