We’re now looking for an exceptional EA, someone who wants to be a true business partner, not just support. You’ll work side-by-side with the CEO as an extension of their brand, gaining exposure to strategy, leadership and decision-making at the heart of the company.
As Finstro continues to grow, this role will expand in responsibility and impact. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how the CEO’s office operates, support key initiatives, and grow your career alongside a high-performing leadership team.
This opportunity suits an experienced EA with finance industry experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is calm under pressure, highly organised and always thinking one step ahead.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives (CEO or C-suite level preferred)
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism, sound judgment and the ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document preparation
- Proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
