Independent Reserve
This is a senior role (even suited for senior marketers looking for narrow their focus) for marketers with solid Content & CRO experience. You will create compelling content and optimise our digital and offline assets for conversion. You’ll play a key role in shaping Independent Reserve’s voice across SEO, website, blogs, social media, EDMs brochures, and other marketing touchpoints ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
This role suits a self-starter with strong writing skills, SEO experience, an analytical mindset, and a passion for delivering measurable results. This role requires a positive attitude, self-initiative and a good broad range of experiences - because you’ll need to get your hands dirty, even with an experienced and capable team behind you.

- Writing content for all channels (Web, blog, email, brochures, social media, push notifications, system emails, etc)
- Managing the SEO agency
- Managing key stakeholders
- Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) across digital assets, testing, analysing, and improving content performance
- Collaborate with marketing managers to create campaigns that attract, engage, and convert audiences
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and SEO best practice
- Produce both long-form and short-form content aligned with brand tone and business goals
- Research and translate complex crypto/trading topics into accessible and engaging narratives
- Use analytics (SEMRush, Google Search Console, etc) to inform content strategy and improve user journeys
- Work autonomously to deliver high-quality content that supports brand growth and conversion
- A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience
- Conversion focused experience (Website CRO, email best practices, tools for A/B testing, etc)
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience producing content for multiple formats and channels (landing pages, social, blogs, print)
- A data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to test and optimise
- Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong literary and grammatical command
- Positive attitude, not afraid to annoy the boss if things need to get done
