ProSpend has partnered with Australian corporate card provider Archa to integrate credit-backed virtual cards into its spend management platform.
The integration is aimed at ANZ mid-market businesses that require complex card support without managing separate finance processes, according to Australian Fintech.
Finance teams have historically needed to adopt separate card products to access credit, rewards, or support for complex business structures.
The Archa partnership allows ProSpend customers to expand their card usage while keeping all controls, visibility, and workflows connected in one system.
Under the agreement, Archa issues the virtual cards and provides the underlying line of credit. ProSpend automatically connects every transaction to existing receipts, coding, approvals, and reconciliation workflows used by finance teams.
Eligible businesses can access multi-entity and multi-balance support alongside low foreign exchange fees for overseas spending. The integration also includes rewards options, offering either Velocity or PayRewards points.

“We built ProSpend to give finance teams greater control over business spend, without forcing them to work around systems that no longer fit,”
said Sharon Nouh, CEO of ProSpend.
Nouh added that Archa provides a modern card offering while ProSpend maintains the finance workflows around every transaction.
The system is designed to scale as mid-market companies add new entities, cardholders, and transaction volume.
By linking an Archa card, transactions flow directly into ProSpend, reducing manual data uploads and month-end reconciliation work.
Finance teams can capture tax details and supporting information against each transaction to ensure compliance with Australian GST and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) requirements.

“By bringing Archa’s corporate cards together with ProSpend’s unified spend management platform, customers can access a seamless, integrated solution that makes managing business spend simpler,”
said Oliver Kidd, Founder and CEO of Archa.
