Cuscal has announced the completion of its acquisition of Paymark, a leading payments services provider in New Zealand.
Effective immediately, Cuscal will formally rename Paymark as Cuscal Paymark, while continuing to use the Paymark brand in day-to-day operations.
The business remains a key part of New Zealand’s payments infrastructure, with a well-established market position.
The acquisition strengthens Cuscal’s scale and expands its footprint across Australia and New Zealand, providing greater geographic diversification and new growth opportunities.
Cuscal Paymark will continue to operate as a standalone business, with no changes to existing products, services, or client delivery.
Paymark’s senior leadership team will remain in place to execute its strategy and roadmap, while both organisations focus on maintaining service continuity and existing commitments.
The deal also enhances Cuscal’s ability to support clients across an increasingly interconnected regional payments ecosystem, combining local expertise with broader capabilities in payments and data services.
