Thredd, a global payments processor, has announced that it is supporting ANNA Money’s business accounts in Australia.
The partnership enables instant virtual and physical debit cards, with secure wallet functionality allowing customers to add cards to major mobile wallets once available.
The system runs on Thredd’s real-time authorisation and settlement platform.
The collaboration builds on Thredd’s existing work with ANNA in Australia.
ANNA is consolidating its recently launched business account, ANNAOne, onto Thredd’s cloud platform to improve reliability, scalability, and speed to market as it expands locally.
ANNA’s Business Account offers integrated bookkeeping and tax support, including automated receipt capture, expense categorisation, and BAS/IAS preparation and filing.
Damien Gough
“We’re proud to work with ANNA Money Australia to support its vision for small businesses,”
said Damien Gough, Head of Asia Pacific at Thredd.
“By combining Thredd’s cloud-first processing platform with ANNA’s integrated expense management and tax automation, we’re enabling a smarter, simpler way for entrepreneurs to manage money.”
Ryan Edwards-Pritchard
“At ANNA, we’re building a platform that makes business finances feel effortless,”
added Ryan Edwards-Pritchard, CEO of ANNA Money Australia.
“Thredd gives us the rails to scale, powering instant virtual cards today and add-to-wallet capabilities as certifications complete. Our focus is making money admin invisible, with ANNA’s AI assistant matching receipts, reconciling spend, drafting BAS and IAS, and flagging anomalies before a human needs to ask.”
ANNA Money is continuing to invest in its Australian operations, with Thredd providing the technological foundation to support its growth and product development.
